The sales representative for his company came out to my house and sign me up and my children for life insurance the guy never came back to get the money I'll call the company and come to find out he no longer works there I give them my receipt numbers to locate depending policies and no one seems to find them therefore I'm assuming this guy Troy van reenen ran off with my family Social Security numbers and other information that he should not have you would think that the company would try to locate this employee to obtain this information back but they failed to do so they are treating me like I done something wrong beware of this company I would not dare get insurance from them

Reliable insurance agent goes to family members with scam

my family was given false information on my daughter life insurance stating to the father that he was the payee but issue the same policy number to other family members stating that they were the payee also inorder to collect the premiums in time of the departed love one,the agent are laughing all the way to the bank leaving the family members bewildered and confused this type of scam needs to stop,federal law should visit this type of scam that the insurance agents are promoting with families

What CAN WE DO,WHERE CAN WE TURN

My Mother , has purchased policies from So-called Reliable since 1973 They refuse to send her a copy of the policy. They refuse to process her loans.They refuse to answer any questions on these illegal policies.There has been no one to contact, the company refuse to answer the phone, stay on hold hours at a time. My Mothers 85, her payout date on one policy is 2023,2033,2053 This has to be illegal, But what can we where can we turn. No lawyer is willing to fight the the older people in Texas. Is there anyone else seeking answers to these illegal acts.The time has come to protest against the company. please help.

I'm dealing with the exact same problem. My Mom has paid on a $2000 policy since 1972 and they're telling us the paid up date is 2041. We can't get a copy of the policy either.

Going thru the same thing with a family member. Who has been paying on a $3000 policy for 23 years and it will not be paid up until they are 90 years old.

When I spoke with the agent, he told me that the policy was paid up. Well, I recently called the Reliable and asked why is the family member still paying on a $3000 policy when the agent said it was paid up. I was told that was the NAME of the type of policy. Very missleading.

Therefore, none of the insurance policies have any value and they have been paid on for over 20 years. This should be against the law.

Phone calls to customer service 1st day 1hour on hold 2nd day 1 hour plus on hold. Very poor service will be canceling policy. My parnets have delt with this company since 1960s.

Nothing to say "Except they are Sorry"!!!

This has been going on for a couple of months, but trying to get in contact with these people is the equivalent of trying to touch God. Their customer service agents have the most stink attitudes I have ever dealt with. Do they get from the nearest labor pool. You get half of stories from one agent, then another one from another agent so you have to call all the time to try and keep up with your own statue. They act like you bothering them. But taking a person money is no problem.. I had two cash surrenders that I been waiting on for a month and a half now. Customer service is not important to them. Maybe they need to be on undercover bosses, they would probably shut down.

I turned them into the BBB and that didn't make a difference, they already have a score of (F) with the BBB and I filed my complaint to their corporate office, no response and i'm not surprise. Also with the Consumer Affairs office.

PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT GET LIFE INSURANCE WITH THIS SORRY *** COMPANY. MY GRANDMOTHER HAD A $2,000.00 POLICY.

SHE DIED 3 MONTHS AGO AND THEY ARE FINDING EVERY REASON NOT TO PAY. RELIABLE AND KEMPER ARE TEAMING UP TO KEEP $2000.00...WHY? Highway robbery and it's in plain sight of everybody to see

I was tricked by my agent telling me that I was signing a loan paper but instead I was signing ownership over to my mother and on the second policy she tricked me again saying I was signing or adding on a beneficiary but instead I signed ownership over to my sister either way my agent was wrong on both parts because the second time when I signed on ship over to my sister my sister brought me the paper herself and she is no notary public the first time when I signed ownership over I ripped the paper up and I told her I would never sign ownerships of any of my policies to any of my family only I would allow them to have a beneficiary but I would remain the ownership because I knew that their wrongdoing would become green in their eyes are loans and my agent followed with their procedures and the Crypt behaviors and now I have no policies in my name as owner.

Have spent over 4 hours on hold over the last two days. Got a number from some one who couldn't do anything except give numbers for the "claims dept". (That after calling twice, and being put on hold for 30 minutes before I gave up). That number is always busy. How do you get in touch with them? I cannot notify them of a death, or get a claim form, or do anything. I suppose I I'll have to find someone at the state insurance department. They must be well know for their customer service - when I told someone from Missouri that I had been on hold with one company in Missouri for over 2 hours at a stretch he immediately asked if it was Reliable!

My mother purchased a policy for me and understood that I could use the cash value of the policy for college. It was paid off in full when I turned 18. I am now 47 and the cash value is still worhless. It was only $10,000 but this was a poor investment and I am sure she was convinced otherwise. I would love to invest that money for myself instead of the company profiting from it. The customer service is horrible at best, that is WHEN you get get someone to answer the phone.

Need some assistance

We have been dealing with a lady named Maddy not sure what her last name is but the agent number is 3776 my father-in-law had policies on all of the grandchildren and he is now past away for about a year now we are trying to get a name change on one of the policies the name is not correct we can't get any assistance from her she has not been nice or helpful as a matter of fact my son has called her numerous times and she even hung up on him once I've called the number customer service and I have been waiting for someone to talk to me for 45 minutes now and still nothing I need some assistance with some paperwork please call me Monday through Friday After 3 PM seriously need to get these paperwork done and submitted it's a life insurance policy that has been paid in full please contact me at 903-441-**** name is Pamela Redmonwhy is there not someone answering the phone at customer service I have been on the phone for more than 45 minutes to an hour this is crazy I've been trying to settle this situation for quite some time like a year

Life insurance

My mom died August 8,2017,she had two life insurance cimpanies. One was Prudental,paid with in 7 days. It was a big policy. Second one was Rockford,that had sold to Reliable Life,3 months,still nothing. Keep wanting things that should be in their computer. Very bad experience.

Shady business dealings

My name is Janice M. Harris have had insurance with this company for ions. When I became a grandma put my oldest 3 grandsons on policy.Have recently found out two of the boys were dropped by a conveying agent name Coffey he wrote me a policy I didn't need and remove my grandsons. Reliable was trying to say are at least there agent that I never had policies on these kids I found the invisible policies. I had to put them on another policy I shouldn't had to do that if your agent wasn't a criminal this would have never happened. I have warned family and friends of this conveying agent. I don't think I should have had to come out of pocket because of his greediness and conundrum. Will be going to a higher source this is not over... Reliable not Reliable

I have been trying to surrender my policy for a MONTH. I've called multiple times and been on hold for a total of 4 hours!!! I'm at this very moment in hold...been sitting here for an hour and 20 minutes! I'm so glad I'm canceling this policy. Heaven forbid something happen to me and my family have to deal with this when I'm gone.

I would like to know how is it possible for an individual paying $158.00 dollars for a $9,000.00 policy. I would like an answer now!

are I'm going to take the next step. Reliable Ins. Company you need to be ashamed of yourself taking money from the elders like that. There is no way in *** anyone should be pay that type of money for a $9,000.00 dollar policy.

I sold life ins. and paying $158.00 dollars gave you $200,000.00 or $300,000.00 policy.

What in earth name are you guys doing. I'm glad my uncle show me his policy now I'm ready to fight for everyone rights...Look for me, I'm coming to get you legally!

Who is Relibale life insurance? dont really know about their review

I have been a customer since 2004 it now 2017. 13 years.

now they want to *** me around. I find them to be a liar, and all there is to be said concerning unreliable.they made a big mistake concerning two payments I made on my policies . I sent one check in the amount of $50.00 the other one $12.30 . the $50.00 was to go on my loan the $12.30 was to go on the policy .when I called .

the know nothing about the $50.00 but they got the $12.30.i called because I got a letter from them thanking me for my payment on my loan in the amount of $12.30. so I started calling .I called about 8 or9 times. each times they say hold on then another person would answer.

each one would say we are investergating it. since April 2017.now am scard.what if something happens and I don't get paid.i may have to get me a lawyer to get all my money back that I have paid into the company.
